The Great South Conservatory of Kitchens

The Grand Sud Conservatory of Kitchens is an association, created in 2001, whose mission is to promote the regional culinary heritage by bringing together producers and restaurateurs. Present on the territory of the Camargue and the Alpilles, the Conservatory connects chefs, producers and the public to promote all the good and beautiful local products.
